Automatic Production Equipment

Our factory is equipped with a steel structure welding workshop, two sandwich panel production lines imported from Italy, three complete house production lines, and also has advanced intelligent assembly systems.

Our company has introduced two advanced Italian PUMA production lines for polyurethane / rock wool sandwich panels, equipped with 36‑meter double‑track units, six‑component cyclopentane high‑pressure online foaming systems and four uncoilers.

It realizes intelligent integrated production covering automatic feeding, cotton laying, cutting, drying, stacking and packaging. Stable processes and high‑precision control ensure consistent product quality, fully meeting international engineering standards.
