Established in 2025 to serve international markets, RUIISTEEL brings together experienced engineering support, established manufacturing resources and global project coordination under one dedicated brand.
We provide practical, project-specific building solutions for customers in different industries and regions, supporting projects from initial concept and design coordination through manufacturing, quality inspection, packing, transportation and installation guidance.
RUIISTEEL is supported by more than 80,000 m² of production workshops, 12 steel structure production lines with an annual capacity of 60,000 tons, and three continuous PU sandwich panel production lines capable of producing 10 million m² annually. With an annual production capacity of 7,300 modular building units, our products and building solutions have been delivered to customers across 93 countries and regions.

Sandwich Panel Production Line
The company has introduced two advanced Italian PUMA production lines for polyurethane / rock wool sandwich panels, equipped with 36‑meter double‑track units, six‑component cyclopentane high‑pressure online foaming systems and four uncoilers. It realizes intelligent integrated production covering automatic feeding, cotton laying, cutting, drying, stacking and packaging. Stable processes and high‑precision control ensure consistent product quality, fully meeting international engineering standards.

Automatic Cutting Machine
It is specifically designed for the efficient handling of H-beams, angle steel, channel steel, and various types of plates, using a CNC system to precisely control the cutting path.

Automatic Welding Robot
Designed specifically to solve the welding challenges of complex components, it integrates 3D vision recognition and an AI process expert system, enabling it to automatically scan weld positions, identify bevel shapes, and correct path deviations in real time.

Automatic Decoiler Equipment
It smoothly unwinds the coiled steel through an automated control system and feeds the material with constant tension into subsequent leveling, shearing, or stamping processes.

Sucker Automatic Palletizing System
Designed specifically for solving the problem of stacking large-size plates, this machine utilizes vacuum adsorption principles. Flexible suction cups evenly distribute gripping force, achieving stable gripping without damaging the surface coating of the panel.

H-beam Forming Machine
It is mainly used to process steel plates into standard or customized H-beam components through cold bending or hot pressing processes.

Shot Blasting Machine
Designed for efficiently removing rust, scale, and weld slag from steel surfaces, this machine uses high-speed rotation to densely project steel shot with extremely high kinetic energy onto the workpiece surface, instantly revealing a uniform metallic luster.

Drying Equipment
It accelerates the curing reaction of the adhesive inside the panel by creating a constant temperature and humidity intelligent environment, combined with a uniformly distributed circulating air field, ensuring optimal bonding strength between the core material and the color steel plate.
