Structural Composition
Insulated Enclosure System: The walls and roof utilize high-density polyurethane double-sided color steel sandwich panels, with thicknesses of 100mm/150mm available. Refrigeration System: Equipped with semi-hermetic piston or screw compressor units, using environmentally friendly R507A/R404A refrigerant, coupled with high-efficiency ceiling-mounted air coolers or pipework. Independent cooling can be provided for functional zones, enabling multiple temperature zones to coexist.
Supporting Components: Equipped with electric sliding cold storage doors, manual insulated swing doors, or high-speed roller shutter doors, with anti-condensation electrically heated door frames. Features include equalization windows, moisture-proof lighting, a drainage system, and an emergency call button.
