RUISTEEL has provided a batch of high-quality polyurethane sandwich panels for local cold storage facility construction projects to American customers. The customer is mainly engaged in food cold chain warehousing business and has strict requirements for the insulation performance, sealing, and fire rating of cold storage enclosure materials.

RUISTEEL has customized a cold storage enclosure system with polyurethane sandwich panels as the core according to customer needs. The plate is made of double-sided color coated steel plate and high-density rigid polyurethane foam core material through one-time compound foaming of continuous automatic production line. It has extremely low thermal conductivity and excellent thermal insulation performance, which can effectively reduce the loss of cooling capacity and reduce the energy consumption of refrigeration equipment. In response to the high humidity and large temperature difference characteristics of the cold storage environment, eccentric hooks or plug-in interfaces are used around the board for sealing design, with tight and reliable joints. Combined with special sealant, a complete vapor barrier and moisture-proof layer are formed to avoid condensation and cold bridging phenomena.

The thickness of this batch of polyurethane sandwich panels has been graded and configured according to the insulation requirements of different areas of the cold storage. The wall panels and top panels are of different specifications to ensure the best balance between structural load-bearing capacity and insulation effect. The product has undergone strict testing for bending resistance, compression resistance, and flame retardancy, and meets local building codes and fire safety standards in the United States.
