Product Details
Glass wool wall sandwich panel is made by continuously high-temperature bonding and curing two layers of metal panels (inner and outer) with a fiberglass wool core.
Outer Steel Plate: Thickness 0.4mm–0.8mm, galvanized color-coated steel plate, aluminized zinc plate, or rust-proof embossed plate are available. The surface is coated with polyester/fluorocarbon, providing excellent weather resistance.
Core Material: Centrifugal fiberglass wool, fiber diameter ≤ 5μm, evenly distributed, and firmly bonded to the steel plate.
Panel Type: Can be made into tongue and groove panels (such as concealed, corrugated, and small corrugated) or flat panels. Standard panel widths are 1000mm and 1150mm, and panel thicknesses are 50mm, 75mm, and 100mm.
Connection Method: Tongue and groove joints with self-tapping screws or concealed fasteners, resulting in tight seams and minimal thermal bridging.
