The core material is high-density EPS foam with a closed-cell structure, low water absorption, and excellent thermal and sound insulation properties. The panels are finished with waterproof-coated color steel plates, cement fiberboard, or stainless steel plates, with joints treated with waterproof strips and specialized fasteners, achieving overall wall impermeability, moisture resistance, and mold prevention, making them particularly suitable for frequently cleaned or high-humidity environments.

EPS foam core partition walls are modular and prefabricated, with wide, lightweight panels that can be flexibly cut and assembled without wet work, significantly improving installation efficiency compared to traditional masonry and facilitating container loading.
